- You MUST be part of any "under-represented group", this includes BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, women-owned, military veterans, service-disabled, etc.
- Have EVER been arrested or legally convicted of using, selling, possession, manufacturing, or cultivating cannabis (ending prohibition is a victory too)!

- Must have a current Social Equity (SE), Economic Empowerment (EE) & a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) license type in order to participate.
